Stark Logistics AS is a new business name, bringing together two transport companies that have been active in the market for more than 30 years – Tallept Auto AS and KMV AS.

There was a change in the ownership of the company. The older generation was replaced by a younger one, improving the sustainability of the business and the diversity of ownership competencies.
2020 Merger of Tallept Auto AS and KMV
Tallept Auto AS and KMV merge, becoming Stark Logistics. STARK Logistics is the new name of two transport companies – Tallept Auto and KMV – that have been in the market for over 25 years. In July 2020, Tallept Auto became the sole owner of KMV. Since then, the company has been acting in a united manner, with common objectives. The merger was completed in March 2021.
