        2020 Merger of Tallept Auto AS and KMV<\/b><\/p>\r\n

        Tallept Auto AS and KMV merge, becoming Stark Logistics. STARK Logistics<\/strong> is the new name of two transport companies – Tallept Auto and KMV – that have been in the market for over 25 years. In July 2020, Tallept Auto became the sole owner of KMV. Since then, the company has been acting in a united manner, with common objectives.
